Why this is different

Holistic Approach

Our highest priority is healthy athletes: physically, mentally, and emotionally. We believe daily habits and structured training within a supportive community are the best way to achieve this.

  1. 01
    Mind
Our first priority is making golf a healthy and fun activity for every golfer. This includes a supportive environment and community whose priority is enriching the experience for all participants.
  2. 02
    Body
Our fitness program is developmentally appropriate and designed to produce speed and explosiveness, but most importantly, physical health. We take very seriously the biomechanics to ensure low rates of injury, specifically in regard to back injuries, which are nearing epidemic levels for junior golfers nationally.
  3. 03
    Swing
Our methods for building golf swings are specific, replicable, and groundbreaking. We use video feedback with Parallax and manage attentional load to ensure the changes that need to happen over the winter happen rapidly and safely.

The Commitment Contract

Your job is to parent. Ours is to make sure the work happens.

You should not be the one nagging your kid about practice. That is our job, and we take it seriously enough to put it in writing.

Every athlete signs a contract choosing their own daily commitment — 20, 45 or 90 minutes a day. That covers everything: time with us in the building and the work they do on their own. They pick the number. We hold them to it.

What you need at home

Room to swing a wedge.

A corner of a garage or a basement. That is the whole list. No net, no simulator, no equipment to buy.

  • We teach them howWe coach the at-home work. They learn exactly what to do in that space and why.
  • We check that it happenedSwings come in between sessions. If the work stops, we know, and we are the ones who follow up.
  • They choose the number20, 45 or 90. An athlete who picks their own standard defends it.

20 / 45 / 90 min × 5 days

90 days free for every student

Parallax™ Built in collaboration with RYP

Learn faster with better feedback.

Parallax watches the session. It finds each swing on its own using computer vision — no sensors, no markers, nobody standing there tapping record — and the replay is on screen seconds after the follow-through. Every student gets a 90-day license for free. Parallax becomes the portal for training with coaches at home. The learning flow here ensures each student owns their swing and the critical mechanics that bring consistency.

It captures 22,356 data points per swing, so when a coach says the trail hip moved, there is a number behind it rather than an opinion.

  • Instant replayEvery swing plays back within seconds, on any device in the bay.
  • KinematicsSpine angle, rotation stability, weight transfer and hand path, measured.
  • Fault IDEarly extension and other faults flagged with color-coded feedback.
  • ComparisonAny two swings side by side, automatically synchronized.
  • BenchmarksThe player’s numbers against elite reference ranges.
  • ProgressThe same metrics tracked across a season.

What a membership includes

Everything a serious junior needs, in one program.

Swing, body and mind have to move together, so they are in one membership. One token books a training block, a Tour event, or a session with Phil or Yannick.

Small-group coaching

Led by the academy staff, capped so every player is seen.

Parallax™ AI video analysis

Our own swing-analysis software. Every student gets a 90-day license free.

Tournament preparation

Saturday Tour events, on-course strategy, and a plan for the week of.

Mental performance

Seminars and frameworks from a dedicated mental performance coach.

The staff

Specialists, not generalists.

Most junior programs give you one coach who covers everything. We split the problem three ways — mechanics, body, mind — and keep one plan across all three.

Next step

Start with a 15‑minute call.

We would rather tell you honestly that this isn’t the right fit than take your money for a season that won’t work. Fifteen minutes, no pressure — we will tell you where your player is and whether the academy is the right next move.
